Kate Garraway has revealed that last night's episode of The Celebrity Traitors left her 'mortified' as she discovered what her co-stars had been saying about her. The BBC One spin-off kicked off last night, with 19 stars arriving at the iconic Scottish castle to play the popular game.
Hosted by Claudia Winkleman, the show sees the likes of Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr, Charlotte Church, Cat Burns, Tom Daley, Celia Imrie and other stars attempt to win up to £100,000 for their selected charity. Viewers will know that Kate is not a Traitor after last night's premiere, however her co-stars were not convinced at the time of filming - with many suspecting her.
In one scene, Clare Balding was referring to Kate when she told Charlotte after the Traitors were chosen: "There's someone who's overdoing it on the reaction." Charlotte added: "Interesting."

Later in the episode, after Kate won an immunity shield, actor Ruth Codd told a few other members of the cast: "I'm not certain at all but I am suspicious of Kate a little bit."
When Tom pointed out that she didn't have her shield out throughout the challenge - where you could surrender your shield to move the group further in the task - Ruth added: "I just think ordinarily she would strike me as the type of person who would give up a shield."
Speaking to co-host Ed Balls and entertainment guest Melvin Odoom on Good Morning Britain, Kate said: "It's fascinating because I didn't know what they'd all been saying about me yesterday. Mortifying! I'm with you on this journey."
She added: "The first task we had to do was pull up at the ceremony, there were grave stones with all our names on and we had to dig in the soil to find out shield.
"I was amazed at just how much I lost all respect and dignity. I went like a frenzy, like some crazy Labrador Retriever."
Kate went onto to share her shock at the fact that some of her co-stars thought she was a Traitor. "What I didn't realise, until last night, is right from the get go - people thought it was me," she said. "I thought they thought I was a delight!"
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX.
