The Princess of Wales has debuted a noticeably lighter hair colour as she stepped out with Prince William and their children for Sunday service in near Balmoral - as the Royals put on a united front amid "dire" ongoing tensions with Prince Harry.
Kate's new look marks a shift from her trademark brunette style, with her hair appearing several shades lighter. The couple arrived at Crathie Kirk in Crathie, Aberdeenshire, in a black Range Rover, with William at the wheel and Kate beaming in the passenger seat beside him. Prince George, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte were spotted behind the pair, with 10-year-old Charlotte also appearing in high spirits as the family made their way to the Sunday service.

The outing was a clear show of unity, with the family signalling a commitment to their royal traditions despite the deepening rift with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The service was attended by senior members of the Royal Family, including King Charles and Queen Camilla, who arrived separately, as well as Princess Anne.
It has now been three years since William and Kate were last pictured walking side by side with Harry and Meghan outside Windsor Castle in the aftermath of the late Queen Elizabeth II's death on 8 September 2022.
The joint appearance was described as an "olive branch" from William to Harry, who had packed his bags and waved goodbye to the UK and his official role as a working royal two years earlier.
But relations appeared to break down further amid a string of perceived betrayals and explosive bombshells in the three years since.
According to former royal editor Duncan Larcombe, the situation between them is now the worst it's ever been. "There's no doubt the feud between them is worse than ever, so much has happened and there has been so much betrayal and fury," he told OK! "The longer they don't speak, the deeper the feud will get."
He continued: "Their Oprah Winfrey interview was the first big blow, so to speak, because it showed that Harry and Meghan were prepared to speak about the royals, particularly Charles and William, in a way one would never expect from another family member.
"Then Harry's book, Spare, was incredibly damaging and made William furious because of the betrayal of family secrets. So now Harry and Meghan have carved out their own existence in California, but they're doing it for cash and to the highest bidder. Meanwhile, all that time in those same three years, William and Kate have been busy with duty, and haven't cashed in on their status."
