"I can finally say it!" Roman announced on The One Show.
"It was high octane, it was the scariest thing I've ever had to do in my life, I had anxiety beyond, but it was the most incredible thing," he continued, reports Wales Online.
In a pre-recorded video message, his sister Harley Moon hinted at the "highs and lows" that are set to hit screens, telling fans they are "in for a treat".
A fresh batch of celebrities will be tackling the global challenge, journeying across the world without phones, internet access and on a tight budget.
Dylan revealed it was "a whole whirlwind of emotions, and so many struggles and challenges," whilst Anita branded it "the dream programme" earlier today.

The upcoming series will be filmed in Central America, kicking off in Mexico and wrapping up in Columbia.
The BBC revealed: "This series takes the race through one of the most diverse and visually stunning routes yet, spanning the undiscovered Caribbean and Pacific coast of Central America.
"The journey begins on the idyllic Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres, just off the easternmost point of Mexico and challenges teams to race 5,900km to reach the finish line in the remote and breathtaking Península de La Guajira in Colombia – the gateway to South America."
The statement went on: "Our familiar faces will say goodbye to lavish transport, smartphones and bank cards and instead must rely on limited budgets, local transport and their own resourcefulness, as well as the kindness of strangers.
"Relationships will be tested and transformed as they discover the world, and themselves, in ways they never expected."
The celebrity edition follows the civilian series where mother-son duo Caroline and Tom were declared winners, trekking 14,000km across Asia and beating four other teams, bagging the £20,000 prize after navigating through China, Nepal and India.
Meanwhile, Scott Mills and husband Sam Vaughan were crowned champions in the most recent celebrity version after a trip through South America, beating Kola Bokinni and cousin Mary Ellen, Jeff Brazier and son Freddy, and Kelly Brook and husband Jeremy Parisi.
The first season of Celebrity Race Across The World saw weather presenter Alex Beresford and his dad Noel emerge victorious after beating Melanie Blatt and her mum Helene, Harry Judd and his mum Emma, and Billy Monger and sister Bonny.
Tim Harcourt, Chief Creative Officer at Studio Lambert, expressed: "The series' success is a testament to how much audiences connect with the show's raw emotion, incredible journeys, and heartfelt human stories.
"This series brings a new set of celebrities into that world and what makes it so special is watching them open up, bond, and grow through a life-changing experience. It's inspiring, unpredictable, and full of those powerful moments that have made the format such a hit with viewers."
Catherine Catton, Head of Commissioning, Factual Entertainment and Events, added: "Celebrity Race Across the World is always a highlight of the year, and we are really looking forward to setting off with a new group of famous faces and their loved ones on an incredible journey full of twists and turns."
The One Show airs weekdays from 7pm on BBC One and iPlayer. Celebrity Race Across The World returns to BBC later this year.
