David Lammy was accused of being "disrespectful" after failing to wear a poppy at PMQs.
The Deputy Prime Minister was not wearing a symbol of remembrance when he began taking questions in the House of Commons.
However, he was later handed a poppy pin by another Labour MP which he put on his jacket.
Tory MP Saqib Bhatti wrote on X: "Lammy isn't wearing a poppy how disrespectful."
