A 37-year-old man hurled a Subway sandwich at a federal agent in the nation's capital. A video of the incident has gone viral, in which the man can be seen standing along with agents and suddenly whips his deli sandwich at one of them in the chest.
Prosecutors on Wednesday announced that the man, identified as Sean Charles Dunn, is facing a felony assault charge.

In the video, Dunn was allegedly caught shouting "fascists" at a group of federal officers.
DC US attorney Jeanine Pirro condemned the act in a statement and video posted to X.
"The police are not out there to get pushed around or beat up," Pirro said. "He thought it was funny. Well, he doesn't think it's funny today because we charged him with a felony: Assault on a police officer. So there, stick your Subway sandwich somewhere else!"
According to a criminal complaint, Dunn admitted to a DC police officer: "I did it. I threw a sandwich."
The attack came days after President Trump deployed federal officers to aid local police in tackling crime in Washington, asserting federal control over the DC Metropolitan Police Department and activating the National Guard.
The White House said hundreds of additional federal agents have since made more than 100 arrests, including 33 for alleged gun crimes, 23 for immigration violations, 10 on outstanding warrants, and seven for drug-related offences.
